Wow, this card looks extremely underwhelming doesn’t it!

A WHOLE double just to access a single card from HQ!

I’ve seen a lot of people lamenting the loss of Sneakdoor Beta. A classic card from core set, now gone from standard. It's gonna sting for some people to see that its replacement is single-use. However, the Netrunner that Sneakdoor was printed in is vastly different to current Netrunner. That 2 MU that you see on Sneakdoor? At most it would be filled with a Datasucker or a Parasite, but in early days Netrunner, there were not a lot of great utility programs worth playing besides Sneakdoor Beta, so that 2 MU was not a massive cost.

But Evie! What about Tranquility Home Grid?!

Tranquility Home Grid is almost an exclusively better Mahkota Langit Grid yes, but everyone can run Mahkota Langit Grid. This isn’t competing with Tranq, this is giving everyone a 0 influence worse version of Tranquility Home Grid. We’re gonna be seeing a lot of this card in every faction except HB, until Ashes rotates out and then we’ll see it in HB too. Also it can pay for ice which is a nice bonus.

We got Argus at home, but this is just great. Toss in some End of the Lines, some Measured Responses, and an AMAZE Amusements, and baby you got a stew going.

I've been shitposting to my local meta about how we're reprinting Building a Better World for Weyland, and I can finally reveal that I wasn't just shitposting. The card draw is just better than a credit in my opinion, and we'll probably see operation heavy decks using Zwicky much more often than we saw Building a Better World.

This has numbers like Drafter but with more punishment if the runner goes tag-me. It's fine, the runner will almost certainly be okay with face checking this once or twice. The art is phenomenal, the name makes me somewhat uncomfortable in a good way, and it's probably going to fight F2P or Tsarevna for slots, but I don't see myself being really excited for this card.

We all remember Reality Minus, which has always been here and never been banned ever. Welcome Reality Minus, who, once again, has always been here forever, but still deserves a welcome from time to time.

Anyways Synapse Global is a great concept, managing to twist the concept of rewarding the corp for tagging the runner by focusing instead on the tag removal instead of the tag infliction. Your reward for removing the tag? Greasing the Palm with setup on your turn, or a free install (with setup once again) on the runner's turn. While I do think it'll be interesting to see the sort of play patterns that'll emerge from from Synapse Global, I don't think Reality Minus is gonna cut it y'all.

Whenever the Runner approaches a piece of ice protecting this server, you may trash this upgrade. If you do, gain 3 credits and you may swap the ice being approached with a piece of ice from Archives or HQ.

At the absolute worst, this is a click for 3 credits when you install it and leave it on a server. In a world where Doof at home is slightly weaker, but Corp economy has been gutted, that might be enough to have it see play. Being able to cycle Anemone and do other tricks might be worthwhile. That's fine, but it's odd that most of my thoughts around the Jinteki releases are "wow this works with Anemone" and not proactive reasons to be excited about the new card pool on its own.

Run HQ. If successful, take 1 tag and the Corp loses 3 credits. Gain 2 credits for each credit lost this way.

All joking aside, I think Transfer of Wealth is even better than the card it's nearprinting, Diversion of Funds. DooF is a 2 click 9 credit swing (net of 4 for you, and net of -5 for corp), while Transfer of Wealth is a 2-ish click 7 credit swing (net of 4-ish for you when factoring in tag removal, and net of -3 for corp) that also lets you access cards.

I don't know how else to put this, but Transfer of Wealth is removing a drawback people didn't even realize was a drawback. The whole point of these cards is that they're a replacement effect, but I guess we don't really need to think about that anymore.

I'm genuinely thinking that Criminal might be the faction to play in Eleva…
